Established in 1987, Public Agency Right of Way Acquisition and Relocation Assistance Services, Inc. (P.A.R.A.R.A.) provides roadway, pipeline, powerline, utility and special purpose acquisition services to private entities and public agencies throughout Florida.

Services include project cost estimates, title research, value engineering, real estate appraisal and appraisal review, negotiations, relocation services, property management, real estate closings, damage claim settlements, suit preparation and litigation support. We are registered and fully licensed with the Florida Real Estate Commission.
